Whether it be over the phone or onsite. One of our friendly team will advise you on the best way forward to making your technical production a success. We’ll then provide you with a cost effective quotation for your requirements.
We’ll then get to work on the technical design of your event, the planning of logistics and crew, and the preparation of your equipment.
We’ll deliver the technical aspects of your event, or just the equipment (if a dry hire), with our team.

We may be based in North West UK, however we have established great relationships with clients all over the UK, Europe and even South America. If you need us there, we’ll be there.
Our initial friendly chat and consultation will help you determine what equipment you’ll need for your event. We’ll always be honest and ensure you understand what equipment we will deliver, and why we will deliver it.
For any event and equipment hire related enquiries, we’ll assign you your own point of contact from our Projects Team. For enquiries relating to technical, marketing, human resources and accounts, we’ll assign you a friendly member of our team to answer your questions.
We’ll start planning some events up to a year in advance. We have also delivered events with just 2 hours notice. Ideally, we will be able to deliver our best quality of service with a planning time of at least 1 month in advance.
Our equipment is insured under your event or contents insurance for loss or damage whilst in your care. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
At IE Production Services we offer both dry and wet hire. Here’s the difference:
- Dry Hire: This means the equipment you hire comes without setup or an operator. You can collect from us or we can deliver to you.
- Wet Hire: Like dry hire, but includes setup, pack down, and all crew required to operate and successfully deliver the production element for your event.
All of our equipment is prepared and tested before it leaves the warehouse by a competent technician. The chance of equipment not working is minimal. In the unusual circumstance that something is faulty, our on-call service will try to deliver a like for like or equivalent replacement as soon as possible.
If you have an event and are using our services, there will always be a technician or project manager available on the phone to help. For general enquiries, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
